Vrindavan Dreams Hotel and Suites - Policies
1. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or through approved travel agents.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in will not incur charges.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a one-night room charge.
3. Payment
- Payment for all bookings must be completed at check-in or at the time of booking.
- We accept payments by cash, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and online payment systems.
- Taxes and Service Charges: All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per local laws.
4. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and public indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
- A cleaning fee will be charged to guests found smoking in non-designated areas.
5. Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas of the hotel.
- Guests are not allowed to bring alcohol from outside unless special permission is granted.
6. Guest Behavior
- We ask all guests to respect the comfort, safety, and privacy of others. Loud noise, disturbing behavior, or any illegal activity is not allowed.
- The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest involved in such behavior to vacate the premises without a refund.
7. Pets
- Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for service animals.
- Any guest bringing a pet without prior approval will be subject to penalties.
8. Visitors
- Non-registered guests must leave the premises by 10:00 PM. Visitors must register at the front desk upon arrival.
- Unauthorized visitors in guest rooms may result in additional charges.
9. Lost and Found
- The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we will make reasonable efforts to recover any lost items during your stay.
- Found items will be kept for 30 days, and guests will be contacted if an item is located.
10. Safety and Security
- Please lock your doors when leaving your room. Valuables item don't in the in-room.
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
- CCTV cameras are operational in public areas for the safety of guests.
11. Damages and Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. A charge will be applied for repairs or replacements.
- Any excessive mess, damage to hotel furniture, or missing items will incur a cleaning/replacement fee.
12. Special Requests
- Special requests, such as specific room features or accessibility needs, should be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate such requests based on availability.
13. Event and Banquet Bookings
- Special events, meetings, or parties require a booking confirmation, and an additional deposit may be required.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel events that conflict with the hotel's policies or safety regulations.
14. Health and Safety
- In case of an emergency, guests must follow the safety instructions and exit signs.
- The hotel is committed to providing a safe and hygienic environment, including regular cleaning of public spaces and rooms.
